    Things happen I get it. But:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled call receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made more than 8 hours before the scheduled call (but less than 24 hours) receive a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the call are non-refundable.
