CUE can teach these tools independently or as part of the seven step problem solving methodology (Deming Cycle).
CUE Consulting uses the Seven Management and Planning Tools to assist teams in brainstorming plans, prioritizing objectives, and bullet-proofing implementation plans. CUE can teach or facilitate the use of these tools, which include the Affinity Diagram, Interrelationship Digraph, Tree Diagram, Matrix Diagram, Prioritization Matrices, PDPC and Activity Network Diagram. Dr. Milliken is a recognized expert in this field, having recently authored GOAL/QPC's revised curriculum materials in this area. He has extensive experience in using these tools to assist in planning and implementation.

As a participant on several nationally-recognized Funding Circles, Dr. Milliken has presented on the topic in several cities across the country. Having established his own foundation in 1990 and serving on several foundation boards, he has extensive experience in this area.
